Nestled on 250 beautiful acres, Noah’s Ark is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization founded in 1991 in Locust Grove, GA which operates as two separate non-profit entities: Noah’s Ark Children’s Sanctuary (Tax ID #58-2052136): and Noah’s Ark Animal Sanctuary (Tax ID #58-1909303).
The mission of Noah's Ark is to provide a forever home for both children and animals that have suffered from abuse and neglect and are not wanted.
Noah’s Ark Children’s Sanctuary provides an inviting and loving home to orphaned children victimized by abuse and neglect, provides appropriate medical treatment for children who are classified as “medically fragile,” and provides assistance to children in emergency situations regarding their behavioral, environmental, or physical needs.
Noah’s Ark Animal Sanctuary provides treatment, care, and a forever home for abused, neglected and unwanted exotic and domestic animals. Housed on 250 acres of land, these animals are provided with compassionate care, medical treatment, nutrition, and custom habitats to meet each and every animal’s specific need. To date, Noah’s Ark has over 1500 exotic and domestic animals and over 100 different breeds.
