LEARNING CENTER

Noah’s Ark Animal Sanctuary promotes humane, responsible and informed animal treatment and ownership. With rare exception, most animals in our care are a direct result of owners intentionally or unintentionally acquiring animals they could not properly or humanely take care for the lifetime of their "pet".

Exotic and wild animals are not domestic animals and we believe they should not be acquired as pets. Why?
Simply:

1. They can be extremely dangerous or lethal when natural instincts trigger fear or aggression.

2. Their natural habitats and diet are difficult and expensive to simulate.

3. Many times these animals’ average life span are extremely long and many times as long as humans.

Walk on the Wild Side

Walk on the Wild Side is our behind the scene tour that is both educational and will spark the spirit of discovery. You will meet the animals, learn their personal stories and go away knowing more about their natural environment and how to protect their species.

Educational tours and programming are offered at the Noah’s Ark Animal Sanctuary Tuesday through Saturday by reservation only. Please dress appropriately to be outdoors.  This is a walking tour.

Guided tours last approximately 1 to 1.5 hours and are $75 per person.

Minimum of two, maximum of ten.
